Yesterday I made this Jamie Oliver 30 minute banoffee pie. You can do it in 30 minutes, because you can use a store bought pie crust. Instead of camp coffee I used a coffee liqueur in the cream, which makes it really nice!
There is just one thing: my husband and sons don’t like bananas. So here I am with a pie all for myself!
